I am Putting on Weight like CRAZY!

I Dont want to put in a lot of pictures for this entry…. cos it will make me feel low… But honestly i have noticed this now.. I am putting on weight….Not sure how to get it down…But yeah… I have already begun some damage control.
1. Less of Fatty Stuff(Avoiding Oil)
2. A lot of fibrous food(Salads at office)
3. want to reduce aerated drinks.
4. Run away from Beer.
5. Eat less, But in increased intervals……..

Finally…. Take a walk to the gym…. I hope it helps… Ill write more soon
